Challenge
Hilton wanted a large-scale, high-impact event for their GMs and Commercial teams from across EMEA. Delegates expected an unforgettable experience that inspired pride and connection. They came to celebrate 100 years of Hilton and hear the bold plans from Hilton Senior Leadership for the future.
Approach
Turn the showcase into a theatrical experience that celebrated the people behind Hilton using the theme of 'The Greatest Showman'
The space was designed like a modern circus stage, using lighting, staging and performance to create the feeling of a live show rather than a traditional conference presentation.
Content, speakers and reveals were structured like acts within a performance, building energy throughout the session and positioning Hilton’s teams as the stars of the show.
Outcome
Overall, the event spanned across eight floors, five meeting rooms, two restaurants and three stages, delivering seamless coordination and energy. Guests enjoyed Broadway-level entertainment and experiences across two hotel venues. The execution earned heartfelt praise from the hosts and set a new benchmark for Hilton. This showcase’s success has now made it the blueprint for future Hilton events across the Americas and Asia-Pacific.
